Kayak Camping Big Bend – 3 Days Living in a Canyon

Santa Elena Canyon in Big Bend National Park is an amazing spot. Its 1,500′ walls cascade directly into the river creating an engaging place to explore. We spent 3 days paddling the river, hiking side canyons and swiming in springs all while trying to dodge killer wasps, lol. This was one heck of an excursion!
