Veterans treat PTSD in Mexico with substances illegal in the U.S.

Veterans who say traditional pharmaceuticals have failed to heal their mental scars are traveling south of the border to Mexico to use psychedelics they claim are giving them drastic results. CBS News contributor Lisa Ling reports.
